- Use a brush to apply the dentifrice evenly to the upper and lower jaw surfaces. Apply a thickness of approximately 1mm.
- Allow product to stay on your teeth for 10-20 minutes and then rinse with clean water. It is recommended to continue using it for more than 1 week for better results.
